RENOVA - for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, using a system of LSWT - technology linear wave impact of low intensity. Low-intensity shockwaves cause revascularisation (widening and unclogging of narrowed blood vessels) of the vessels and have been used to treat erectile dysfunction for many years. Renova is a system that uses precisely these low-intensity waves. A mobile linear head with a stabilising attachment, which enables precise wave application in the affected area.
STORZ method - for the treatment of chronic prostatitis, erectile dysfunction and Peyronie's disease, using a system of ESWT - generating technology point shock wave. The pressure released during wave production varies from 10 MPa to 100 MPa. The average operating range is approximately 12.5 cm, with a maximum at a depth of 6 cm. Apparatus operating with the ESWT system produce medium to high energy. The mobile point head allows precise wave application to designated sites.
Both technologies are completely safe, painless and non-invasive and provide a very high 80% success rate.

The Renova device and LSWT therapy are primarily used for erectile dysfunction. Shock therapy acting in accordance with the ESWT system, on the other hand, additionally works well for chronic prostatitis and Peyronie's disease.
A single treatment lasts approx. 30 min, a therapeutic cycle of min. 4 treatments at weekly intervals.
Noticeable effects appear approximately 4 weeks after the last treatment in a cycle.
With shockwave therapy, anaesthesia is not necessary. This is because the therapy is non-invasive, painless and almost free of risks and side effects.
Before starting shockwave therapy, the doctor assesses the patient's condition and decides on the type of therapy to be used, the number of treatments per cycle and their frequency. In individual cases, treatments may be applied more frequently than weekly.
The patient does not require any special preparation for the shockwave therapy. What is more, he or she can come to the treatment independently and return home afterwards, as the therapy does not affect independent driving. The treatments are carried out by a doctor (generally the first treatment with qualification) or a physiotherapist (subsequent treatments in a cycle).
