Ilona Panikowska MA – psychologist, mediator, and trainer. She specializes in working with individuals experiencing life and relationship crises, resulting from factors such as overload, stress, burnout, loss of motivation, or difficult transitions. She conducts individual sessions and meetings for couples, supporting the process of regaining balance, building mental resilience, and finding the strength for further development.

In her practice, she believes that every person possesses the resources needed for change—the psychologist's role is to help discover them, activate them, and translate them into real, everyday actions that empower people. She creates a safe and supportive space where everyone can be heard and accepted without judgment.

Ilona Panikowska MA a graduate of SWPS University, she continually expands her skills through numerous training courses and workshops. She works with the DPP Psychological and Pedagogical Counseling Center in Warsaw, where she provides psychological support, personal development, and psychoeducation, offering assistance to couples and families, as well as individual sessions. She also collaborates with the Family Law Center – Law Firm in Warsaw, where, as a psychologist and mediator, she supports couples and families in crisis, helping them find constructive, satisfying solutions. She completed postgraduate studies in psychosomatics and somatopsychology, developing an approach that integrates the mind and body as an inseparable whole. She gained professional experience at, among others, the Institute of Mother and Child in Warsaw, where she provided perinatal support for couples and families—from family planning, through childbirth, to providing support during difficult transitions. She also has experience as an academic lecturer in psychology in medical fields at the WSEI Academy, Warsaw branch.
