Artur Przewor, MD, PhD

Artur Przewor, MD, PhD is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin (year 2000). He is a specialist urologist with the prestigious European title of FEBU (Fellow of the European Board of Urology). Doctor of Medical Sciences – doctoral thesis entitled: “Elastosonographic assessment in the diagnosis of prostate adenocarcinoma” defended with distinction at the 2nd Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Warsaw. For many years Deputy Head of the Department of Urology and Urological Oncology at the Provincial Hospital in Siedlce. Currently a member of the team of urologists at the Urinary Tract Cancer Clinic at the Maria Skłodowska-Curie Institute of Oncology. He specializes in minimally invasive treatment of urinary tract cancers, in particular using laparoscopic techniques. Creator and initiator of laparoscopic workshops held cyclically at the Oncology Center - Institute in Warsaw. Certified ultrasonographer in urology.

Author or co-author of publications, congress reports in the field of urology and urological ultrasonography. Member of scientific societies: European Association of Urology, Polish Urological Society.
